- Complete training materials fully to understand menu and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs including coffee bags, milk crates, and paper goods
Job Duties
- Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
- Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art
- Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
