Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Can create and maintain genuine and uplifting interactions
- Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Capable of working outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work on feet for extended hours
- Comfortable climbing ladders and using stepladders
- Able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary
- Ability to safely walk among cars in a drive-thru line
- Skilled in using a utility knife safely
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
- Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes efficiently
- Move with urgency to serve customers promptly
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, including slow periods
- Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
- Know the menu and drink customizations thoroughly, offer suggestions and recommendations
- Maintain good hygiene and dress appropriately for the position
- Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Always be clocked in and ready to work at assigned position at shift start
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
