Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide customer feedback
- Educate customers on the drinks menu, make recommendations based on customer preferences, and upsell specials
- Take customer orders and payments, operate tills and card machines, and handle cash and credit card payments
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following recipes and techniques
- Prepare and serve food items, such as baked goods and pastries
- Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, equipment, and utensils
- Comply with health and safety laws and guidelines
- Open and close the store
