Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous barista, cafe, or restaurant experience preferred, especially in a high-volume or hospitality setting
  • strong knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques
  • ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based drinks according to standardized recipes
  • craft specialty beverages and non-alcoholic drinks to order
  • operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently
  • greet guests warmly and take accurate beverage and food orders
  • provide product recommendations and promote featured drinks or seasonal offerings
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of barista station, equipment, and prep areas
  • restock ingredients, supplies, and disposables as needed
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to support service flow
  • assist with basic food prep, to-go orders, or room service beverage needs
  • support morning, midday, and evening service depending on the schedule
