Job Qualifications
- Previous barista, cafe, or restaurant experience preferred, especially in a high-volume or hospitality setting
- strong knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based drinks according to standardized recipes
- craft specialty beverages and non-alcoholic drinks to order
- operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently
- greet guests warmly and take accurate beverage and food orders
- provide product recommendations and promote featured drinks or seasonal offerings
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of barista station, equipment, and prep areas
- restock ingredients, supplies, and disposables as needed
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to support service flow
- assist with basic food prep, to-go orders, or room service beverage needs
- support morning, midday, and evening service depending on the schedule
