- Previous food service and cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Multitask duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as needed
- Identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- Prepare for semi-annual health department and regulatory inspections
- Create personalized customer experiences demonstrating product knowledge
- Perform effective service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations
