Job Requirements
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and interest in learning more about coffee preparation
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid Food Handler Certificate
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to company standards
- Warm, plate, and serve light food menu items with care and consistency
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service and menu guidance
- Operate the POS system and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and coffee bar
- Restock inventory and monitor product freshness throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment checks
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promote a team-oriented environment
