Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required
- food service experience preferred
- food safety and alcohol awareness certifications or willingness to complete within 90 days
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
- flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome

Job Duties
- Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences
- keep the cafe clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays
- share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
- handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy
- follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant
