Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- No previous experience required

Job Duties
- Provide legendary customer service by engaging positively with customers
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and customer specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Handle cash and operate the register accurately during transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly to understand and respond to customer needs
- Manage multiple tasks within the store during shifts to support overall store performance
