Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Food safety certification or willingness to complete within 90 days
- Alcohol awareness certification or willingness to complete within 90 days
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Outgoing and upbeat personality

Job Duties
- Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences
- Keep the cafe clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays
- Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy
- Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant
