- Relevant barista experience as stated
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks

Job Qualifications
- Passion for customer service
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in specialty coffee or 2 years in non-specialty high volume environment
- Experience using a Point of Sale system
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under high pressure and fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Follows Bluestone Lane recipes and presentation standards in a timely manner
- Manages coffee shop equipment and tool cleaning and maintenance
- Follows operating procedures and completes transactions accurately while adhering to safety measures
- Consistently dials in espresso machines to maintain proper extraction
- Educates and trains new baristas in store systems and workflows
- Contributes to innovations that improve efficiency and service speed
- Engages with customers warmly, recognizing them by name and order
- Maintains cleanliness of bar and workspace and restocks condiment stations
- Completes store opening and closing procedures accurately
- Manages coffee product rotation, ordering, and waste minimization
