Job Requirements
- proven success as a barista within specialty coffee or high-volume cafe
- strong knowledge of espresso equipment and dialing in
- excellent attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- ability to multitask efficiently
- friendly and team-oriented attitude
- ability to work a variable schedule including early morning nights weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand walk and lift occasionally
- commitment to upholding a polished and welcoming environment
