Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages
- Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Operate coffee-making equipment according to company standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Support team members to meet store performance goals
