Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible and varying shifts
- Availability to work full-time or part-time
- Reliable and punctual with regular attendance
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards
- No prior work experience required but preferred
- Willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable to different work environments
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Operate cash registers and process payments including cash, credit card, and electronic methods
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation spaces
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
