Job Requirements

- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation preferred
- Prior barista or coffee service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask in a busy, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with consistency and speed
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with care and precision
- Greet guests warmly and assist with drink or pastry recommendations
- Support pastry and dessert counter operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and pastry case
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and flow
