- proven experience as a barista
- knowledge of specialty coffee preparation
- ability to work variable schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to assist in food and beverage service
- willingness to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical ability to occasionally lift moderate weight
