Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based drinks according to recipes and standards
- Greet guests courteously and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service
- Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe including workstations and equipment
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
