Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or barista role preferred
- Ability to operate coffee and beverage equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Greet guests courteously and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service
- Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and equipment
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
