Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or barista role preferred
  • Ability to operate coffee and beverage equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage presentation a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Greet guests courteously and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service
  • Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and equipment
  • Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
  • Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
