Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a selection of beverages from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
- Service restaurant and bar by preparing gourmet coffee drinks, teas, cocktails, beer, wine, and juices
- Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests using the hotel’s point-of-sales system and check completed orders with the guest's original order
- Service and take orders from guests at the bar area with vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, and other beverages
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly to guest concerns and requests
- Package, deliver, and present to-go items per guest request
- Properly and accurately close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments
- Settle voided checks or complimentary items properly
