- Food service and cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex combinations of ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Multitask across various duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards
- Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
- Create personalized experiences for customers by demonstrating product knowledge and accuracy
- Perform effective service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations
