Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 25 - 30 pounds
- comfortable walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
- effective communication skills
- adaptability and openness to feedback
- previous food handling experience
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in coffee preparation or related food service is preferred
- effective communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- knowledge of using various coffee preparation equipment
- fluency in a second language is a plus
- basic math skills for money handling
- precision in measuring liquids and powders
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, beer, and smoothies consistent with quality standards
- maintain and prepare stadium style quick service food items
- stock condiments and utensils to ensure availability
- keep serving and dining areas clean and orderly
- operate cash registers and credit card equipment proficiently
- provide exemplary customer service to guests and colleagues
- adapt to additional tasks as assigned
