Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior supervisory experience required
- No relevant work experience required
- Must have open availability
- Ability to read and visually verify information
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, climb stairs or ramps
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, push, drag, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Commitment to comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain clean and professional personal appearance
- Good communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and necessary instruments
- Clean all equipment and areas and secure doors at closing
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Enter customer orders into the MICROS system and prepare food and coffee
- Handle customer payments and manage cash transactions including completing cashier reports and securing registers
- Ensure appliances like coffee makers are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, work areas, and equipment throughout the day
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, and injuries and complete related safety training
- Greet guests according to company standards and communicate clearly and professionally
- Perform reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
