- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service and cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex ingredient combinations according to standardized recipes
- learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- multitask performing recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation duties
- operate, clean, and troubleshoot specialized kitchen equipment
- identify and correct ingredients or products that do not meet quality standards
- maintain safety and sanitation standards
- prepare for health department and regulatory inspections
- create personalized customer experiences by demonstrating product knowledge and fulfilling specific requests
- perform effective service recovery when necessary
