Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- serve as well bartender for the restaurant
- greeting, thanking and delivering excellent guest service
- describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests
- money handling, making change and handling credit card transactions
- maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment
- follow all opening and closing procedures
- handle high volume service with limited managerial oversight
