Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer
- take orders and record in MICROS system
- prepare food and coffee beverages
- ensure appliances such as coffee makers are turned on or off at appropriate times
- bus coffee cart areas and tables
- clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- obtain change for expected business level
- count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- resolve discrepancies
- drop off receipts and secure bank
- follow company and safety and security policies
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- maintain clean and professional appearance
- uphold confidentiality
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team to reach goals
- ensure adherence to quality standards
