Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is an asset

Job Duties
- Effectively operates hotel's inlet and greets guests
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and establish an adequate par for the set up
- Pull all food needed for daily production and utilize leftovers per SOP and supervisor direction
- Ensure all food is ready on time prior to opening
- Remain in the work area at all times and plan next day's work when current tasks are completed
- Prep food for next day, clean work and dining areas, and restock amenities whenever time allows
- Maintain good housekeeping in prep area, walk-in freezers, walk-in boxes, and reach-in refrigerators
- Properly identify, cover and date all foods under refrigeration
- Create menu selections by guest requests and brand specifications promptly and efficiently
- Solve guest issues promptly with first-class service
- Maintain food quality and service in accordance with standardized company recipes and procedures
- Promote and maintain effective communications between department, culinary team, and F&B team
- Keep the executive chef informed of all pertinent information regarding prep kitchen through supervisor
- Regularly report all needed maintenance projects
- Keep all production charts properly filled out and used as per SOP
- Perform any other duties needed to help drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the organization's values
