Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card
- must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority
- ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- must be available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- comfortable working in a casino floor environment with noise and ambient smoke
- strong stamina and physical endurance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous barista experience is highly desired
- basic knowledge of espresso making and milk steaming
- ability to operate POS systems
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and craft high-quality coffee and food orders with precision
- provide professional, friendly service and maintain a VIP guest energy during busy periods
- keep workstation, menus, and tools organized and clean
- process financial transactions and handle guest payments accurately using the POS system
- uphold a sanitary work environment and promote safety
- assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
