Job Requirements
- Knowledge of coffee brewing and serving equipment preferred
- 1 previous barista or bartending experience preferred
- passion for food and beverage service standards guest relations and etiquette
- previous experience with cash handling and point of sale (POS) systems required
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays required
- ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift push pull carry a moderate amount of weight

- brew and serve crafted hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- greet and welcome guests warmly
- take and fulfill guest orders accurately
- maintain a clean and organized counter and service area
- handle cash transactions properly following policies and procedures
- provide counter-style breakfast service
- collaborate with leadership to exceed guest expectations
