Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service knowledge in retail and/or hospitality
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to build relationships
- Effective communication skills
- Open availability
- Comfortable with physical demands of standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
- Little to no travel outside the property

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and competence promoting the culture, values and mission of the property
- Deliver legendary customer service by having a customer-comes-first attitude connecting with the customer, discovering the customer's needs, and responding to those needs
- Contribute to a positive environment by recognizing changes in coworkers' morale and performance and communicating those changes to the supervisor or manager
- Assist with the training of new team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that coworkers can locate resources and products
- Maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume or during unusual events to continue operational standards and to set a positive example for the store's team
- Follow all cash management policies
- Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Continually reviews the store's environment to identify problems, concerns and opportunities
