Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service in retail and/or hospitality knowledge
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, build relationships, and communicate effectively
  • Open availability
  • Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
  • Limited travel required to property and surrounding areas

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty and competence-promoting the culture, values and mission of the property
  • Deliver legendary customer service by having a customer-comes-first attitude-connecting with the customer, discovering the customer's needs, and responding to those needs
  • Contribute to a positive environment by recognizing changes in coworkers' morale and performance and communicating those changes to the supervisor or manager
  • Assist with the training of new team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that coworkers can locate resources and products
  • Maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume or during unusual events to continue operational standards and to set a positive example for the store's team
  • Follow all cash management policies
  • Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Continually reviews the store's environment to identify problems, concerns and opportunities
