Job Duties
- performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and food items according to established service standards
- cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining store standards
- ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
- stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed
- maintaining adequate inventory and communicating shortages
- efficiently serving customers with product knowledge
- assisting with administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, and coordinating vendors
- researching and resolving quality and service complaints and issues
- receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries
- participating in occasional sign waving shifts
- performing other duties as assigned
