Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of retail or related experience preferred
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to interact politely and effectively with customers
- good customer service skills
- basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to comply with company policies regarding cash handling and product management
- eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register and process payments
- stock and rotate merchandise displays
- maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- use equipment efficiently
- notify management for ordering supplies
- comply with company policies for security and cash handling
- maintain department cleanliness and safety standards
- communicate company programs, specials, and coupons to customers
- follow PPE, food safety, and cleaning guidelines
- follow guest experience guidelines
- perform tasks in other departments as needed
- additional responsibilities as assigned
