Job Requirements

  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-3 months of barista, food service, or retail experience or equivalent
  • ability to speak and understand basic English
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • basic math and computer skills
  • must obtain or have a valid Food Handler's card
  • valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance if applicable

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive guest experience
  • prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to standards
  • maintain a clean and sanitized workstation at all times
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • assist with restocking, cleaning, and other team responsibilities
  • support fellow team members and collaborate to meet service goals
  • communicate customer feedback and ideas to the Store Manager and culinary team
  • attend regular staff meetings, tastings, and team-building events
  • arrive on time, in uniform, ready to work with a positive attitude
