Job Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- lift and carry items up to 40 lbs
- manual dexterity to handle equipment and ingredients

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 months of barista, food service, or retail experience or equivalent
- ability to speak and understand basic English
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- basic math and computer skills
- must obtain or have a valid Food Handler's card
- valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance if applicable
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive guest experience
- prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to standards
- maintain a clean and sanitized workstation at all times
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- assist with restocking, cleaning, and other team responsibilities
- support fellow team members and collaborate to meet service goals
- communicate customer feedback and ideas to the Store Manager and culinary team
- attend regular staff meetings, tastings, and team-building events
- arrive on time, in uniform, ready to work with a positive attitude
