Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
- Willingness to work 15 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the Guntersville, AL location
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or coffee shop environment is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a smile and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and store
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines and store policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a fast-paced, friendly environment
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve coffee knowledge
