Job Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Providing personalized service to all guests
- Wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
- Removing trash
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Resolving different types of complaints from customers or addressing them to the restaurant manager
- Operating the POS system including tabulating data regarding bills, total amounts, and expenses
- Informing customers about modes of payment available, including cash, check, credit card and debit card
- Stocking shelves and keeping a note of stock that are about to finish
