Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop or cafe
- open availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping

- At least one year of experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop or cafe
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive team environment
- strong customer service and communication skills
- familiarity with POS systems
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure
Job Duties
- Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties
- greet customers, take orders accurately, and ring all orders through POS
- promptly receive and process payment for each guest
- prepare coffee and other beverages according to Hogsalt recipes, upholding culture and standards and adhering to food safety standards
- anticipate the needs of guests and provide consistent, genuine, and generous service
- address any guest needs or concerns promptly and communicate complaints or issues to leadership
- complete all closing duties including financial checkout, closing sidework, cleaning projects, and other tasks assigned by leadership
- ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service are properly executed
