Job Requirements
- One year of previous barista experience required
- Ability to work a part-time schedule with open availability preferred
- Must be able to handle cash and use POS devices accurately
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to HACCP standards
- Must provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Ability to follow recipes and production standards consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enters orders accurately into POS device
- accepts cash and charge payments
- Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- follows HACCP standards
- Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- Ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Serves customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines
- Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and explains them accurately
- Acts as an advocate of selling techniques, establishing good communication to assist in buying decisions
- Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
