Job Requirements

  • Previous barista experience required
  • ability to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • reliable transportation to the Chandler, AZ location
  • ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without accommodation
  • adherence to company policies and drug-free workplace standards

Job Duties

  • Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
  • enters orders accurately into POS device
  • accepts cash and charge payments
  • replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
  • ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
  • follows HACCP standards
  • maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
  • ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
  • cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
  • greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
  • serves customers quickly and efficiently
  • demonstrates understanding of daily menu items and explains them accurately
  • assists in customer buying decisions
  • ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly
  • performs other duties as assigned
