Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work weekday morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Must be able to stand and perform physical tasks during shifts
- Flexibility to perform other duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy/safe working environment
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate cash register and handle payments
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service and support
