Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Good personal hygiene and grooming
- Ability to communicate clearly and interact positively with customers and teammates
- Ability to follow organizational standards and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Can create and maintain genuine uplifting interactions
- Can work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Can work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- Can lift up to 50lbs
- Can work on feet for hours at a time
- Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
- Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean the stand
- Can safely walk between and around cars in the drive thru line
- Can safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
- Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes accurately and efficiently
- Move with urgency to meet customer time expectations
- Remain productive and proactive throughout shifts, even during slow periods
- Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
- Know the menu and drink customizations inside and out, offer suggestions and recommendations
- Maintain good hygiene and dress appropriately for assigned positions
- Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Clock in and be ready to work at assigned positions on time
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
