Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers take orders prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings in accordance with established service standards
- Clean sanitize and maintain store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food beverages and utensils as needed
- Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicate shortages as necessary
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints and or issues
- Assist with receiving unloading and distributing deliveries
- Additional duties as assigned
