Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service and cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Multitask to perform roles including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot issues
- Identify and correct ingredients or finished products not meeting quality standards
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Prepare for semi-annual health department and regulatory inspections
- Create personalized experiences for customers
- Perform effective service recovery when needed
