Job Requirements

  • Availability to work rotating shifts including variable weekends
  • Ability to operate and maintain specialized kitchen equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service and cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from standardized recipes
  • Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Multitask to perform roles including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
  • Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot issues
  • Identify and correct ingredients or finished products not meeting quality standards
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Prepare for semi-annual health department and regulatory inspections
  • Create personalized experiences for customers
  • Perform effective service recovery when needed
