Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior barista, café, or food service experience preferred
- hospitality or customer service experience a plus
- knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage recipes
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
- basic math and cash-handling skills
- knowledge of sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages
- take guest orders, process payments, and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, barista station, and equipment
- restock ingredients, cups, utensils, pastries, and merchandise
- follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure product consistency
- engage warmly with guests, answer questions, and offer recommendations
- monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs
- adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- assist with opening and closing procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
