Job Requirements
- Experience as a barista strongly preferred
- availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- exceptional listening and communication skills
- training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation

Job Duties
- Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual
- do all necessary set-up side work as assigned
- answer any guest questions about the menu or beverages
- operate the electronic cash register and MICROS P.O.S. system
- anticipate customer and the Library needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer for cues
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned
