Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter
- Describe drink and food menus and answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following recipes
- Operate point of sale system, receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Maintain all cleanliness standards and follow opening and/or closing duties
- Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance for coffee and food preparation equipment
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Light cleaning
- Communicate customer feedback to the management team
