Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • one year of retail or related experience preferred
  • good verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • prepare food items according to procedures
  • ensure food and beverages are handled safely and maintain a clean work environment
  • operate cash register and process payments
  • stock items and rotate coffee products and merchandise displays
  • maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
  • notify department lead or manager for product and supply orders
  • comply with company policies on security, cash handling, product management, and sanitation
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked department
  • communicate company programs and specials to customers
  • follow PPE and safety guidelines
  • adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations
  • follow guest experience guidelines
  • perform assigned tasks in other departments if needed
  • perform additional responsibilities as assigned
