Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and maintain a clean work environment
- operate cash register and process payments
- stock items and rotate coffee products and merchandise displays
- maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
- notify department lead or manager for product and supply orders
- comply with company policies on security, cash handling, product management, and sanitation
- maintain a clean and well-stocked department
- communicate company programs and specials to customers
- follow PPE and safety guidelines
- adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- perform assigned tasks in other departments if needed
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned
