Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- No minimum educational requirement
- previous experience in a similar or related position
- hotel experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- professional and warm demeanor
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is advantageous
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks with a friendly and professional demeanor
- operate coffee and espresso machines efficiently
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- ensure each beverage meets brand and quality standards
- provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
- report to Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor
- adhere to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
