Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- can create and maintain genuine uplifting interactions
- able to work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- able to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- able to lift up to 50lbs
- able to work on feet for extended hours
- able to climb a ladder and use a stepladder
- able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary
- able to safely walk between and around cars in the drive thru line
- able to safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
- collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to the customer
- prepare all drinks and premixes
- move with urgency respecting the customer’s time
- stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift even when business is slow
- make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
- know the menu and drink customizations inside and out and offer suggestions to customers
- bring their best self to work every day including good hygiene and appropriate dress
- be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- be clocked in and ready to work at their assigned position when the shift begins
- treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
