Job Duties
- Manage the shift to ensure effective operations during your hours
- Support the team in delivering superior service while maintaining efficiency
- Aid in training and onboarding new team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the team to keep the workspace tidy and organized
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Understand appropriate up-selling techniques
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Perform other functions as directed
