Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to arrive at the office by 8:30 am
- Availability to work daily from 9 am to 1:30 pm
- Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage preparation is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner
- Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
- Be efficient and organized
- Build good relationships with customers
- Maintain a clean work environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take food and drink orders
- Prepare and serve beverages ranging from simple to elaborate
- Take payment from customers
- Maintain inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs
- Keep the work environment sanitary and organized
- Evaluate and modify processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Assist with supplemental catering orders as necessary
