Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Ability to stand continuously throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Customer service experience preferred

- Customer service and retail experience desirable
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers to address questions or concerns in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Take orders, ensure fresh products, and maintain a fully-stocked display case
- Operate brewing equipment to prepare coffees and other beverages while adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Operate cash register/POS and credit card system
- Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, department conditions, and food safety
- Work with various professional department equipment
- Perform all other duties as assigned
